We are hiring an experienced Residential HVAC Service Technician to join our growing Greater Hartford team.

As a Residential HVAC Service Technician, you will diagnose, service, maintain, and repair residential heating and cooling equipment throughout the Greater Hartford area.

Responsibilities include:

• Diagnose residential heating and cooling system problems
• Service and repair furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and air handlers
• Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical system issues
• Perform refrigeration diagnostics and repairs
• Identify and correct airflow and comfort problems
• Diagnose thermostats, controls, and related components
• Complete preventive maintenance and system evaluations
• Explain findings and repair options clearly to homeowners
• Provide accurate documentation for completed service calls
• Maintain a professional and customer-focused approach in the field

We believe good technicians should be trusted to diagnose the problem, educate the homeowner, and recommend the right solution
. This is not a high-pressure sales environment.

Required Qualifications:

• Active Connecticut S-2 Unlimited Heating, Piping & Cooling Journeyperson License
• EPA Section 608 certification
• Previous residential HVAC service experience
• Strong HVAC troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
• Experience servicing heating and air-conditioning equipment
• Knowledge of heat pumps, controls, electrical systems, airflow, and refrigeration
• Ability to work independently in a residential service environment
• Strong customer communication skills
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record

Experience or certifications in any of the following are a plus:

• EPA Universal Certification
• NATE Certification
• Cold-climate heat pumps
• Service Titan
• OSHA training
• High-efficiency heating and cooling equipment
• Coaching or mentoring apprentice-level technicians
