. We equip you with professional tools, paid training, and direct access to leadership so you can focus on doing excellent residential installs that keep homeowners comfortable year-round.
Start your day in a company truck, review the plan, and head to a customer home. You’ll remove outdated equipment and set high-efficiency systems—furnaces, central air units, heat pumps, and air handlers. You’ll connect and adjust related ductwork, thermostats, and controls; perform system startup, testing, and troubleshooting; and verify everything meets code, manufacturer specs, and our company standards. Throughout each visit, you’ll communicate clearly with the homeowner, maintain a clean work area, and wrap up with a reliable, safe, and polished installation.
Whatyou bring
- Hands-on experience installing or replacing residential HVAC systems
- Strong mechanical troubleshooting ability and a safety-first mindset
- Backgrounds we welcome: HVAC installers, installation technicians, service techs with install experience, and sheet-metal mechanics with HVAC experience
- Related light-commercial install or crossover service/install experience is also valuable
- No prior crew-lead or management experience required—grow into it here
- Furnaces, central air conditioning systems, heat pumps, and air handlers
- Ductwork, thermostats, and control systems
- System startup, testing, and diagnostic troubleshooting
- Annual pay: $85,000–$100,000 with overtime opportunities and performance incentives
- Company truck and fuel card, uniforms, tools, and paid training with certification development
