Technical Lead, Software Development, Full Stack Developer

We are seeking an experienced Technical Lead – Full Stack with deep expertise in Microsoft technologies to lead the design, development, and delivery of scalable enterprise applications. The ideal candidate is a hands‑on technical leader with strong experience in ASP.NET Core, .NET Core, EF Core, React/Angular, Azure, RESTful & GraphQL APIs, and modern Dev Ops practices.

• Lead the design, architecture, development, and maintenance of scalable full-stack applications using ASP.NET Core, .NET Core, EF Core, React, Angular, and Type Script.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to a team of software engineers through mentoring, coaching, and code reviews.
• Design, develop, and optimize RESTful and GraphQL APIs to support enterprise applications.
• Define application architecture, coding standards, development best practices, and technical governance.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Architects, QA, Dev Ops, and business stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Lead technical design discussions, estimate effort, identify risks, and support sprint planning activities.
• Drive cloud-native application development using Microsoft Azure services and ensure adherence to cloud best practices.
• Champion Dev Ops culture by implementing and improving CI/CD pipelines, deployment automation, monitoring, and release processes.

• Ensure software quality through unit testing, code quality analysis, security best practices, and performance optimization.

• Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend improvements to enhance application architecture, development efficiency, and customer experience.
• Work closely with project managers to ensure timely delivery while balancing technical debt and business priorities.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• 6 - 8 years of software development experience with at least 2+ years leading development teams or technical initiatives.

• Extensive hands‑on experience with: ASP.NET Core, .NET Core, Entity Framework Core (EF Core), C#
• Strong experience designing and developing RESTful and GraphQL APIs.
• Strong experience with front‑end technologies:
  React, Angular, Type Script
• Experience with Microsoft Azure services and cloud‑native application development.
• Experience implementing Dev Ops practices including CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation.

• Experience with Git and modern version control workflows.
• Hands‑on experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.
• Strong understanding of software design patterns, object‑oriented programming, SOLID principles, and secure coding practices.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts for non‑technical audiences.

• Experience with Azure Dev Ops, Git Hub Actions, or similar CI/CD platforms.
• Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
• Knowledge of Microservices and Event‑Driven Architecture.
• Experience with application monitoring tools such as Azure Monitor, Application Insights, or similar.
• Azure Developer or Azure Solutions Architect certifications are a plus.
• Experience working with enterprise‑scale distributed applications.

This is a hybrid role based in Glastonbury, CT.
