We are currently seeking a skilled People Soft Developer to join our dynamic team and contribute to the success of our People Soft projects.

Job Description:

As a People Soft Developer at Bright Vision Technologies, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining People Soft applications. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and implement customizations and modifications within the People Soft system. Your expertise in People Soft development, technical analysis, and problem-solving will be crucial in driving the success of our People Soft projects.

• Proven experience as a People Soft Developer or similar role
• Strong understanding of People Soft system architecture and modules
• Proficiency in People Soft development tools, such as Application Designer, People Code, and Application Engine
• Experience with developing customizations, reports, interfaces, and applications within People Soft
• Knowledge of People Soft table structures, views, and data dictionary
• Familiarity with People Soft integration technologies, such as Integration Broker or Component Interfaces
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and collaborative environment

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• People Soft certification or training
• Experience with People Soft Campus Solutions, Human Capital Management (HCM), Financials, or other modules
• Knowledge of People Soft Fluid User Interface (UI) and related development techniques
• Understanding of People Soft security concepts and user management
