Location: Glastonbury, CT

We are an Amazon Delivery Service Partner (DSP) seeking dependable, punctual, safety‑minded delivery drivers to deliver Amazon packages on the road. The role requires a clean driving record, 50 lb lifting, and the ability to work independently in all weather conditions.

• Authorized to work in the United States
• Valid driver's license (CDL not required)
• Clean driving record
• Ability to lift, pull, and push up to 50 lb
• Minimum age 21 for insurance purposes
• Excellent customer service skills
• No prior experience required; paid training provided

• Maintain safe driving practices at all times.
• Obey local and state laws, road rules, and company policies while driving.
• Provide excellent customer service despite stressful events and conditions.
• Successfully deliver Amazon packages in all weather conditions.
• Lift, load, and unload packages up to 50 lb, including climbing stairs and entering/exiting vehicles at multiple delivery locations.
• Use a company‑provided smartphone to clock in/out, scan packages, follow GPS routes, and communicate with supervisors.
• Assist team members with deliveries when required.
• Display pride in safety, efficiency, reliability, and customer focus.

• $22.25/hr with weekly safety financial incentives based on performance, reliability, and safety scores.
