  • Partner with Sales, Legal, FP&A and other cross‑functional teams to evaluate new business transactions for accounting implications.
  • Drive automation of recurring accounting processes and champion continuous improvement in processes, internal controls, and reporting capabilities.
  • Provide cross‑training and backup support within the accounting team to ensure continuity during close and reporting cycles.

  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with the ability to evaluate accounting transactions and interpret financial data.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and large volumes of financial data in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills with cross‑functional partners.
Benefits
  • Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage
  • Company HSA contributions
  • 401(k) plan with immediate vesting
  • Profit sharing program
  • Paid vacation, holidays, and a paid charitable day
  • Summer hours to support work‑life balance
