$135,000 - $160,000 per year | Glen Allen, VA | On-site | Permanent

Essential functions:

• Partnership, corporate, and individual income tax return preparation and review
• Tax and financial planning and consulting
• Other tax return preparation and review as needed, including sales tax, business license, personal property and payroll tax returns
• Preparation and review of financial statements; primarily compilations and prepared financial statement engagements, with opportunity to be involved in audit, review and agreed‑upon procedures engagements if desired
• Supervise, train and mentor staff
• Manage projects, due dates and interact regularly with clients
• Work as part of a service team with the firm principals, job managers and staff

Minimum requirements:

• Over five years of relevant management experience
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in accounting
• CPA license or EA designation
