Church & Facilities Administrator Shepherd UMC

Good Shepherd UMC in Glen Allen, Virginia, is seeking a part-time Church & Facilities Administrator to join our staff team.

This position provides administrative support for the ministries of the church while also coordinating the care and management of our building and grounds.

We are looking for someone who is organized, dependable, welcoming, and able to work collaboratively with staff, volunteers, church leaders, and service providers.

This is an in-office, part-time position of approximately 24–30 hours per week. We are currently considering a starting rate of $22 per hour, with an anticipated starting schedule of approximately 24 hours per week, or about $27,456 annually.

As the role develops and we gain a clearer understanding of the time needed to carry out the responsibilities effectively, we are open to discussing an increase in weekly hours if appropriate.
