Office Administrator/ Coordinator, Clerical
LHH is seeking an Administrative Coordinator for a temp-to-hire opportunity with our client in the Richmond, VA area. This role is ideal for an organized and detail-oriented professional who enjoys supporting day-to-day administrative operations and maintaining accurate records. This is an on-site opportunity.
Responsibilities- Perform high-volume scanning, filing, and document management activities
- Enter, update, and maintain data in internal systems with a high degree of accuracy
- Organize and maintain electronic and paper records
- Assist with administrative projects and provide general office support
- Review information for completeness and accuracy before processing
- Communicate effectively with internal teams to ensure timely completion of tasks
- Previous administrative, clerical, or office support experience required
- Strong data entry skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency with computer systems and standard office applications
- Experience supporting a finance or accounting team is a plus
Pay Details: $17.00 to $20.00 per hour
