We are looking for an Account Manager to join our dynamic team in Glen Allen, Virginia. In this role, you will act as a key contributor in ensuring the accuracy, quality, and timeliness of our data deliverables to clients. This is a Contract-to-permanent position, offering an excellent opportunity to grow within the retail industry while collaborating across teams to enhance client satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Perform detailed reviews of data to ensure high-quality standards and make recommendations for improvement.
- Manage and maintain client data integrity to meet project deliverables.
- Conduct quality checks and statistical analyses on data before delivery to clients.
- Develop schedules for data collection, optimizing collection sites, methods, and frequency to meet client requirements.
- Approve invoices and verify billing accuracy for completed tasks.
- Coordinate with Field Operations to successfully implement processes for onboarding new client projects.
- Identify and drive opportunities for process enhancements to improve efficiency.
- Handle ad hoc client requests, including data inquiries and special assignments.
- Collaborate with multiple teams, such as Field Operations and Sales, to maximize the value provided to clients.
- Perform other duties as needed to support project success.
Requirements - Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a related role.
- Strong skills in customer service and data entry.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Ability to manage timelines effectively and organize files with precision.
- Experience with scanning and shipping functions is preferred.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
- Ability to identify and implement process improvements.
