Sr Product Manager

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Product Manager to lead our Garment Care category, including full ownership of the CHI licensed partner business. This role drives category strategy, product development, commercial performance, and long-range innovation for steamers, irons, and fabric-care solutions across our consumer portfolio.

• Lead the 3-4 year strategy and product roadmap for Garment Care and CHI licensed products
• Own category P&L performance, pricing architecture, and portfolio strategy
• Guide cross-functional teams through concept development, design, engineering, testing, and launch
• Partner with Sales on line reviews, retailer presentations, and channel plans
• Oversee competitive positioning and in-market performance, adjusting strategy as needed
• Present insights, financials, and recommendations to senior leadership
• May manage or mentor junior team members

• Bachelor s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred
• 10+ years in product management or category leadership within consumer goods
• Experience in Garment Care (irons, steamers, heat/steam technology) strongly preferred
• Strong analytical, strategic, and financial acumen, including P&L ownership
• Excellent communication and cross-functional leadership skills
