Job Title: Project Manager General
Location: Glen Allen, Virginia (On-Site)

Job Summary: We are seeking a Project Manager General to oversee complex project delivery from inception through completion, with a strong focus on safety, quality, schedule, cost control, and client communication. We are representing this opportunity on behalf of a third party, and the successful applicant will play a key leadership role in coordinating multi-discipline teams and driving successful project outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Lead project execution across safety, quality, schedule, cost control, contracts, risk, suppliers, documentation turnover, and client relations.
• Coordinate multi-discipline teams and manage communication across project stakeholders to support efficient, cost-effective delivery.
• Develop and monitor project schedules, manage scope, control project costs, and support project controls activities including reporting and closeout.
• Support contract administration, risk reviews, change orders, business development efforts, and adherence to QA/QC and site safety policies.

Required:

• Bachelor s degree in engineering, construction management, or a related degree from an accredited program.
• Minimum 7 years of applicable/relevant experience.
• Experience on construction project sites or in program management within aviation, commercial, energy, government, manufacturing, oil & gas, process, transmission & distribution, or water.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work collaboratively with owners, contractors, engineers, and design teams in a fast-paced environment and work overtime on short notice.
• Must be legally authorized to work permanently in the country where this position is located.
