Project Estimator – Commercial Construction (GC/CM) | Growth Opportunity

• Own estimates from takeoff → final bid → handoff
• Price real projects (not fluff) across diverse commercial builds
• Work directly with PMs, subs, and clients in a tight-knit team
• Get exposure to precon strategy, VE, and negotiated work

• 4+ years estimating for a commercial GC or CM
• Strong takeoff + bid experience (Bluebeam, OST, Plan Swift, etc.)
• Ability to juggle multiple bids and hit deadlines
• Bonus:
