- Deliver a welcoming, inclusive client experience by understanding needs and resolving requests with accuracy and care.
- Support daily branch operations, including account servicing, documentation, and follow‑up with strong attention to detail.

- Use active listening to understand priorities and elevate issues when needed.
- Manage multiple tasks and priorities to meet deadlines and maintain quality.

Start with Client Relationship Specialist University (CRSU), a four‑week, live virtual training program designed to set you up for success.
After CRSU, your development continues in‑branch through hands‑on training and mentorship, with support from your manager, peers, and dedicated mentors.
