The Shady Grove Family YMCA in Glen Allen, VA is seeking part-time, personable Member Services Associates to provide quality service to members and prospective members in a fast-paced environment. The pay range is $13-$14 per hour and evening availability is required.
Responsibilities include answering phones, greeting members, processing memberships and completing program registrations, with a focus on exceptional customer service and accurate computer tasks.
