The Staff Engineer will assist in developing substation purchase specifications and support training initiatives for engineering and partner teams, helping ensure consistent application of design principles across Electric Transmission and Distribution. The role will collaborate with internal stakeholders, external partners, and vendors, and may participate in industry groups to stay informed on evolving standards and best practices.

This position provides technical support to project teams and contributes to standards governance through document development, technical reviews, and cross‑functional coordination, while continuing to build subject matter expertise within substation physical design.
