Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Advanced Planning Consultant, based in Glen Allen, VA. The consultant will be responsible for advising clients on advanced tax strategies, estate planning, and business growth strategies. Core responsibilities include performing detailed financial analyses, developing comprehensive plans, and collaborating with clients and strategic partners. Additionally, the role involves providing guidance on wealth protection, governance, liquidity strategy, and philanthropic services while ensuring a proactive and personalized approach to client success.

Qualifications
  • Proficiency in advanced tax planning, estate planning, and business growth strategies
  • Strong financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting skills
  • Experience in trust services, wealth protection, and liquidity strategies
  • Effective communication, client relationship management, and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work with high-net-worth individuals and provide personalized, goal-oriented planning
  • Familiarity with governance and philanthropic strategies is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Relevant professional certifications (e.g., CPA, CFP, CFA) are highly desirable
