Key duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality haircuts for men, women, and children while following Great Clips service and sanitation standards.
• Deliver a friendly, efficient customer experience by consulting with customers, documenting haircut preferences, and maintaining consistent service.
• Support salon operations by keeping work areas clean, assisting teammates, and helping maintain an organized, welcoming salon.

Requirements and qualifications:

• Active Virginia cosmetology or barber license, or eligibility to obtain one before starting.
• Ability to perform a variety of haircuts, including clipper cuts, and willingness to learn Great Clips techniques.
• Strong customer-service, communication, and teamwork skills.
