- Engage in meaningful clinical projects and activities designed to prepare you for independent practice
- Accurately document sessions and collect data using Compass’s electronic systems
- Enrollment or pending enrollment in a master’s program, completed BACB‑approved master’s program, or current enrollment in BACB‑approved coursework
- Valid driver’s license and 3+ years of licensed driving experience
- Bachelor’s degree
- 1+ year experience working with children or individuals with autism
Hourly rate: $20–$26/hour, depending on experience
Full-time BCBA Students (105+ hours/month) receive:- Medical, dental, and vision insurance
