• Paid indirect time for documentation, drive time, and supervision

• Deliver 1:1 ABA services in home and clinic settings
• Support caregivers through modeling, coaching, and ongoing communication
• Work closely with BCBAs to implement individualized treatment plans
• Participate in supervision, trainings, and cohort sessions focused on strengthening both foundational and applied ABA skills
• Engage in meaningful clinical projects and activities designed to prepare you for independent practice
• Accurately document sessions and collect data using Compass’s electronic systems

• Enrollment or pending enrollment in a master’s program, completed BACB‑approved master’s program, or current enrollment in BACB‑approved coursework
• Valid driver’s license and 3+ years of licensed driving experience

• Bachelor’s degree
• 1+ year experience working with children or individuals with autism

Hourly rate: $20–$26/hour, depending on experience
