Join our team and help create exceptional experiences for groups and events while driving business growth for the hotel.

• Build relationships with clients and provide outstanding service from inquiry to event completion.
• Coordinate group room blocks, meeting space, event details, billing, and client communications.
• Support sales efforts by generating leads, conducting hotel tours, and participating in community and networking events.
• Partner with hotel teams to ensure successful meetings and events.
• Research market trends and identify opportunities to grow revenue.
• Maintain accurate client information and sales records.
• Use sound judgment and problem-solving skills to deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
• Contribute to a positive, team-focused culture while delivering exceptional guest experiences.

• Experience in sales, hospitality, customer service, event planning, or a related field preferred.
• Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and business technology tools.
• A passion for customer service and creating memorable experiences.
• Ability to travel locally on occasion for sales activities and events.

The pay range is: $22.39 - $33.59 The starting wage may be above the minimum rate, based on relevant experience, skills, and education. We will be accepting applications on an ongoing basis. This role is eligible for a discretionary quarterly "+1 Service" bonus.
