* Lead, mentor, and develop delivery leadership (e.g., practice directors, managing consultants, solution architects).
* Attract and retain top consulting and technical talent, building a high-performing, collaborative culture.
* Drive professional development to advance delivery skills and domain expertise by supporting the creation of internal accelerators, assets, and proof-of-concept (POC) demos.
* Identify delivery risks early and implement mitigation strategies.
* Ensure compliance with contractual commitments, security, and regulatory requirements.
* Drive the creation and maintenance of delivery artifacts that support and maintain best practices, standardization, and consistency in delivery.
* Oversee quality assurance processes to uphold the firm’s standards across all projects.
* Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Data Science, or related field;
Master’s preferred.
* 15+ years of experience in technology consulting or systems integration, with at least 8 years in delivery leadership for Data and AI initiatives.
* Proven track record of architecting next-generation Data and AI solutions for global enterprise clients.
* Specialization in building modern data platforms and migrating data workloads to one or more cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
* Extensive experience with data cloud platforms, particularly Databricks and Snowflake.
* Proficiency with a wide range of tools and technologies, including Kafka, Tableau, Splunk, Elasticsearch, Cloudera, Mongo

DB, and others.
* Strong understanding of Data and Analytics disciplines, including Data Engineering, Analytics and Visualization, Data Ops, and Master Data Management.
* Working knowledge of adjacent solution areas such as Cloud, Dev Ops, AI, and Cybersecurity as they pertain to Data and Analytics.
* Demonstrated experience delivering data services using Agile methodologies.
* Experience building and deploying GenAI projects, with preferred expertise in AI Governance, including LLMOPs, Fin Ops, and GRC
* Familiarity with cloud architectures (AWS, Azure, GCP) for AI and data solutions.
* Strong understanding of agentic AI frameworks and how they can be leveraged to modernize workflows, transform business operations, and unlock competitive advantage for our customers.
* Strong understanding of traditional data science & ML models and frameworks, particularly around data transformation and interoperability and MLOPs; preferred hands-on expertise
* Strong strategic thinking with the ability to translate vision into execution (i.e. ability to operate in a hands-on leadership capacity).
* Strong Executive-level client relationship management and influencing skills.
* Advanced knowledge of project/program management methodologies (Agile, hybrid, and traditional waterfall).
* Exceptional leadership, communication, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
* Financial acumen to manage budgets, forecasts, and profitability targets.
* Expected travel up to 20%.
