* Own end-to-end data and integration architecture across cloud data platforms, ETL tooling, and downstream analytics and application layers.
* Design scalable, secure, and maintainable enterprise data architectures with Snowflake as a core platform.
* Translate ambiguous business and technical requirements into structured architecture designs, user stories, and executable backlogs.
* Define and guide solution patterns across Snowflake, Informatica, and Power Platform ecosystems without requiring deep hands-on development.
* Make architecture decisions that balance speed to value, enterprise governance, and long-term maintainability.
* Establish and enforce architecture standards, design principles, and best practices across delivery teams.
* Serve as the senior technical escalation point for architecture and data engineering decisions.
* Serve as the technical authority for Snowflake development and data modeling practices.
* Guide Snowflake implementations related to performance optimization, cost management, and scalability.
* Review Snowflake schemas, transformation logic, and design decisions to ensure alignment with enterprise architecture standards.
* Partner with data engineers to ensure Snowflake solutions support current and future business use cases.
* Lead data integration strategy using Informatica Power Center or comparable enterprise ETL and ELT tools.
* Define integration patterns for source system ingestion, transformation, enrichment, and downstream consumption.
* Ensure ETL and integration solutions align with Snowflake-centric architectures and data governance requirements.
* Guide teams on error handling, monitoring, and operational resiliency for enterprise data pipelines.
* Lead agile delivery across multiple teams and work streams in complex enterprise environments.
* Drive delivery maturity from Kanban-based execution toward sprint-based planning where appropriate.
* Improve requirement clarity, backlog readiness, and refinement quality to increase delivery predictability.
* Maintain delivery cadence, governance, and throughput across teams while adapting to changing priorities.
* Manage and oversee work execution using Azure Dev Ops boards, refinement cycles, and sprint planning practices.
* Identify delivery risks early and proactively remove blockers to keep teams moving forward.
* Act as the primary technical and delivery leader for client engagements.
* Communicate complex architectural and technical concepts clearly to executive, product, and engineering stakeholders.
* Build trusted client relationships through confident leadership, transparency, and consistent delivery.
* Facilitate architecture reviews, roadmap discussions, and technical decision-making sessions with senior leaders.
* Mentor client teams and internal consultants to raise technical and delivery maturity.
* 10+ years of experience in data engineering, data architecture, or enterprise integration roles.
* 5+ years of experience leading Snowflake-based data platform implementations in enterprise environments.
* Practical Snowflake development experience with strong architectural oversight capability.
* Strong experience with enterprise ETL tools, with Informatica Power Center preferred.
* Demonstrated success leading agile delivery at scale across multiple teams.
