* Build strong client, industry and technical community relationships and represent Apex Systems as leaders in Industry and Professional events and communities. Develop and maintain strong internal and external customer relationships.

* Demonstrate professional level consulting skills, leadership skills and executive level communication/ presentation skills. Demonstrate adaptability and flexibility to acquire skills to meet business needs.
* Participate in sales pursuits through providing technical guidance, estimates, scoping and other pre-sales activities. Continually innovate, seek creative solutions, and find new ways of adding value. Listen and seek to understand the client and meet their needs, providing consultative guidance. Stay attuned to the future needs of the client and work with internal resources to identify opportunities. Proactively provide solutions and approach adversity with a solution-focused mindset.
* Work closely with client and stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into functional Power Apps solutions.
* Design and develop scalable, user-friendly Power Apps canvas and/or model-driven applications using best practices and industry standards.
* Customize forms, views, and controls in Power Apps to create intuitive user interfaces and optimize user experiences.
* Collaborate with backend resources to integrate Power Apps with data sources, APIs, and external systems to ensure seamless data flow and functionality.
* Implement security measures, data validations, and user access controls in Power Apps solutions to maintain data integrity and protect sensitive information.
* Conduct thorough testing and debugging of Power Apps applications to ensure quality and identify and resolve any issues or bugs.
* Provide end-user training and documentation to promote user adoption and empower users to effectively utilize Power Apps solutions.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including project managers, designers, and quality assurance testers, to ensure successful project delivery.
* Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads and opportunities and manage the sales cycle in partnership with the account team from qualifying to closing, then launching into execution.
* Act as key advisor in bid and proposal efforts: proposing solutions, engagement structure, pricing, staffing plans, and team design, and providing work effort estimation.
* Eliminate sales obstacles using creative and adaptive approaches.
* Develop and implement innovative and customized solutions that address the client's business challenges and objectives and deliver measurable value and outcomes.
* 6+ years of professional experience required.
* 5+ years of experience as a Power Apps Lead, working on Power Apps development projects.
* Strong expertise in developing canvas and model-driven Power Apps applications, including customizing forms, views, and controls.
* Proficiency in Power Apps formula language, JavaScript, and CSS for implementing complex business logic and enhancing user interfaces.
* Familiarity with data integrations and connectors to integrate Power Apps with various data sources and systems.
* Solid understanding of Microsoft Power Platform components, including Power Automate (formerly Flow) and Power BI.
* Experience with user-centric design principles and ability to create intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces.
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
