Senior System Administrator

• Provide advanced operational and service desk support for production systems.
• Respond to production incidents, service requests, and project-related operational needs.
• Research complex issues and communicate status and next steps to stakeholders.
• Document activities in service management systems following established workflows.
• Maintain and update operational documentation including runbooks and playbooks.
• Consult with application support, development, and operations teams on system changes and deployments.
• Review technical documentation to identify operational risks and communicate potential impacts.
• Support production readiness for new functionality and releases.
• Ensure system availability, stability, and timely issue resolution.

• Strong professionalism and customer service orientation.
