Decision Scientist (DecS or Sr DecS)
Description:
We are seeking a Decision Scientist to leverage data modeling to measure the success of our programs. This role will involve aligning on success metrics upfront, proposing methodologies for testing, and implementing various testing strategies (e.g., A/B testing). The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing program performance and effectively communicating results to external stakeholders, ensuring that insights drive data-informed decisions.
Skill Requirements:

· Proficiency in Python and SQL for data analysis and manipulation.

· Strong understanding of impact analyses, e.g., power analyses, A/B testing.

· Experience with exploring data to create datasets that can be used for a reliable source of truth for evaluation.

· Understanding of lead and lag indicators that align with long-term business outcomes.

· Ability to present complex data insights clearly and effectively to external stakeholders.

· Excellent communication skills and visualization to convey results and recommendations to diverse audiences.
