Job Description:

We are seeking an IAM Specialist to develop, implement, and manage our Identity and Access Management program. You will ensure secure access to systems, enforce compliance, and mitigate risks through proactive monitoring and policy enforcement.

Key Responsibilities:

• IAM Program Management: Develop and implement IAM policies, procedures, and controls.
• Access Governance: Administer user lifecycle (onboarding/offboarding), role-based access controls (RBAC), and permissions.
• Compliance & Audits: Monitor adherence to internal policies and regulations (SOX, HIPAA, GDPR); respond to audit findings.
• Risk Management: Conduct risk assessments, investigate security incidents, and recommend remediation.
• Security Monitoring: Review activity logs to detect and escalate security events.
• Collaboration: Partner with IT, HR, and business units to align IAM with organizational needs.
• Training & Documentation: Create training materials and maintain IAM process documentation.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of hands-on IAM experience (user provisioning, access reviews, SSO, MFA).
• Familiarity with IAM tools (e.g., Okta, SailPoint, Microsoft Entra , Ping Identity, Forge Rock).
• Knowledge of security frameworks (NIST, ISO 27001) and compliance standards.
• Experience with privileged access management (PAM) and identity governance.
• Strong analytical skills for risk assessments and audit support.
• Certifications preferred (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CompTIA Security+).
