Information Technology Project Manager

• 5+ years of IT Project Management experience
• Strong background managing application development projects
• Experience leading projects end-to-end (scope, schedule, budget, risks)
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools (Teams, Outlook, Project, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio)
• Working knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies
• Experience creating and managing project budgets, forecasts, and WBS (Work Breakdown Structures)
• Strong stakeholder management across sales, finance, and operations
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and vendors
• Excellent communication skills; ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical audiences
• Tools exposure to MS Project or Smartsheet

Plusses:

• Experience with Dynamics 365 (D365)
• PMP, CAPM, or Scrum Master certification
• Exposure to SQL Server or Oracle environments
• Experience supporting ERP implementations or enhancements
• Background in business process improvement initiatives
• Experience working with international teams

Day-to-Day:

• Lead full lifecycle IT project delivery from initiation through deployment
• Manage project scope, timelines, budget, risks, and dependencies
• Facilitate stakeholder meetings across departments (sales, finance, ops)
• Develop project artifacts (project plans, charters, status reports)
• Drive application development and enhancement efforts, including testing and rollout
• Track KPIs and report progress to leadership and PMO
• Ensure adherence to PMO governance and documentation standards
• Coordinate across internal teams, vendors, and external partners
• Support ERP readiness for European expansion
• Manage solution acceptance, go-live readiness, and transition to operations
