Position Title:

Sr. Business Data Analyst

Join a dynamic team as a Sr. Business Data Analyst, supporting strategic decision-making through advanced analytics. This hybrid role based in Glen Allen, VA, offers an opportunity to work independently on comprehensive analytical projects, including prescriptive, predictive, descriptive, and diagnostic analytics. You will partner closely with business leaders to deliver actionable insights, develop forecasting models, and create impactful data visualizations. The role demands proficiency in data extraction, modeling, and communication of findings to drive business growth within the financial services industry.

• Banking or financial services experience (strongly preferred)
• 3+ years of professional Business/Data Analytics experience
• Strong SQL and data analysis skills
• Expertise in Power BI and/or Tableau for data visualization
• Predictive analytics and forecasting experience
• Effective stakeholder communication and business consulting skills
• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (e.g., mathematics, statistics, finance, computer science)
