Setliff Law, P.C. is seeking a full-time Associate Attorney to join our litigation team. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience in civil litigation, commercial business litigation, and transactional work, along with strong research, writing, and communication skills, and proficiency in accurately recording billable time. Candidate should be able to work in a fast paced environment and be able to handle a high volume case load.

Licensure in additional jurisdictions—such as North Carolina, the District of Columbia, Maryland, or West Virginia - is a plus. Trial experience is also a plus but not required. Candidates must be in good standing with the Virginia State Bar
