We personalize care to meet each patient’s unique needs, aiming to empower and equip them to lead healthier lives. As a newly established, growing facility, our practice offers a unique opportunity to shape care delivery, contribute to clinic culture, and build systems for long‑term community impact.

The role includes comprehensive medical services—assessment, diagnosis, prescription, treatment, and patient education—while leading a multidisciplinary team. The Lead FNP oversees and supports a team of APP, RN, and MAs, providing mentorship, clinical guidance, and workflow leadership. About 70% of the role is patient‑facing, with the remainder dedicated to leadership, team development, and operational improvement.
