No prior behavioral health experience is required. Candidates with solid clinical experience and a compassionate approach are encouraged to apply.
Shift Availability
- Flexible Per Diem Scheduling
- Day and Night Shifts Available
- Weekday and Weekend Opportunities
- Choose the shifts that work best for your schedule
- Administer medications according to physician orders and facility protocols.
- Monitor residents' health status, vital signs, and overall well-being.
- Document patient care accurately within the electronic medical record (EMR).
- Assist with treatments and nursing interventions.
- Maintain a safe, supportive, and therapeutic environment.
- Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary care team to deliver quality patient care.
- Active, unrestricted Virginia LPN license or Compact (NLC) license.
- Current BLS certification.
- One to two years of nursing experience preferred.
- Experience in long-term care, rehab, med-surg, behavioral health, or similar settings is welcomed.
- Strong communication and clinical assessment skills.
- Must successfully complete required background screening and drug testing.
- Competitive hourly pay.
