Men's Wellness Centers is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our growing Glen Allen practice. We are a physician-led, locally owned, concierge medical practice dedicated to helping men improve their health, vitality, and quality of life.
Full-time and part-time candidates will be considered. Part-time providers must be available to work a consistent schedule of at least two to three full days per week.
This is an excellent opportunity for a provider interested in preventive medicine, hormone optimization, sexual health, healthy aging, medical weight management, and long-term patient relationships. Our membership-based model allows clinicians to spend meaningful time with patients without the demands of insurance billing.

- Conduct comprehensive new-patient and follow-up evaluations.
- Review laboratory and diagnostic results.
- Diagnose conditions and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Provide testosterone replacement and hormone-optimization care.
- Evaluate and treat erectile dysfunction and other sexual-health concerns.
- Manage medical weight-loss programs.
- Support preventive men's wellness and approved health-optimization services.
- Prescribe and monitor medications within your licensure and credentials.
- Educate patients about their conditions, treatment options, medications, and ongoing care.
- Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation.
- Coordinate care with physicians, clinical staff, and the operations team.
- Refer or elevate patients when their needs extend beyond the practice's scope of care.
- Current Virginia Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license, or eligibility for Virginia licensure.
- Current national board certification.
- DEA registration or eligibility to obtain it.
- Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and patient-education abilities.
- A professional, respectful, and nonjudgmental approach to sensitive health concerns.
- Ability to practice effectively within an independent outpatient setting while collaborating with the Medical Director and clinical team.
- Independent practice authority for Nurse Practitioners is preferred but not required.
- Experience in men's health, hormone therapy, primary care, internal medicine, urology, endocrinology, sexual health, preventive medicine, or medical weight management is helpful but not required.
- Full-time or part-time opportunities are available.
- Part-time providers must work a consistent minimum of two to three full days per week.
- Scheduling is primarily weekday-based and may include some Saturday coverage.
- A four-day workweek may be available for full-time providers based on clinic coverage requirements.
- Full-time annual salary of $125,000-$138,000.
