Kids Sales Associate

Rooms To Go is seeking a Kids Sales Associate to join our fast-paced, customer-focused showroom team. In this role, you'll welcome families, understand their needs, and recommend stylish, affordable kids furniture and room packages. You'll create inviting room displays, maintain a clean, family-friendly showroom, and coordinate with logistics to ensure smooth delivery. Using strong communication and POS skills, you'll process sales accurately, explain financing options, and follow up to support customer satisfaction.

This on-site, performance-driven role offers the chance to build retail, merchandising, and teamwork skills in a large-scale furniture environment.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage families in the kids showroom, understanding needs and preferences
• Present kids furniture options, features, and room packages to drive sales
• Create appealing kids room layouts and maintain organized, attractive displays
• Accurately process sales, financing options, and required paperwork
• Coordinate with delivery and logistics teams to schedule and track orders
• Resolve basic customer concerns and follow up to ensure satisfaction
• Meet or exceed individual and team sales and productivity goals
• Maintain product knowledge on kids collections, safety features, and promotions
• Assist with inventory checks, tagging, and floor resets
• Support a clean, safe, family-friendly showroom environment
