Learn more:  As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a financial institution location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, complete routine rounds, and maintain a visible presence to help reduce security-related incidents.

You will support access control points, respond to questions and concerns, and deliver professional customer service through clear communication and detailed reporting. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a financial services location.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including alarm activations, suspicious activity, and requests for assistance.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout interior areas, entrances, parking areas, and the perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or hazards.
• Monitor access points and visitor traffic, verify identification as required, and document entries, exits, and unusual activity per location procedures.
• Complete detailed reports and logs, communicate observations to site management and/or Allied Universal leadership, and support client service needs while maintaining a professional presence.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be a graduate of a Law Enforcement or Military Police Training Program or equivalent.
• Be 21+ years of age.
• Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• A guard card/license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
