Join Allied Universal as an unarmed patrol officer at a leading financial institution location, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help to deter security-related incidents, and deliver outstanding customer service and communication. • Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities at a financial services location.
• Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting information through appropriate channels.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility, office areas, parking areas, and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
• Monitor access points and verify credentials, visitor logs, and/or deliveries in accordance with site procedures while maintaining a professional presence.
• Observe and report suspicious behavior, hazards, and/or maintenance issues, and support site personnel and first responders during alarms, medical events, and other emergency situations.

• Graduate of a law enforcement or military police training program or equivalent is required.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• CPR/First Aid is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
