Responsibilities
- Adhere to all industry and PIRTEK safety standards
- Carry out service calls & sales visits in your local area, making sales calls when not servicing equipment
- Remove worn or broken hoses before fabricating and installing new replacement hoses
- Input service details into the online database to create accurate invoices
- Develop relationships with new and existing customers
- Maintain mobile service unit, tools, and equipment (clean, organize, restock)
- Ensure customer satisfaction by resolving issues on-site and conducting frequent follow-up visits
- Participate in the rotating On-Call schedule
- Perform other related duties as assigned
- High School diploma or GED
- Driver’s License with clean driving record
Demonstrates expertise in customer relationship management and service delivery while adhering to safety standards. Proficient in maintaining service equipment and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective problem resolution.
