Job Description # Senior Lead Consultant (AI Engineer)
* 8+ years of experience in AI and ML engineering, with 3+ years focused on generative AI or LLM-based solutions.
* Proven experience designing and delivering production AI solutions using frameworks such as Lang Chain, Semantic Kernel, or custom orchestration frameworks.
* Proven experience designing, building and deploying machine learning models and end-to-end ML pipelines including data preparation, feature engineering, model training, evaluation, and inference.
* Strong hands-on experience with AWS, including, Sage Maker, Bedrock, and services such as Textract, Comprehend, Kendra, Polly, IAM, monitoring, and security services.
* Advanced Python skills, including API development, data processing, and integration with external systems.
* Experienced in common ML frameworks and libraries (i.e. PyTorch, Tensor Flow).
* Hands-on experience with RAG pipelines, vector databases, and memory architectures (i.e. FAISS, Open Search, Pinecone).
* Strong understanding of privacy, security, and compliance considerations in AI systems.
* Experience leading teams and delivering projects in an Agile delivery environment.
* Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
* Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
* Experience with digital twin, telemetry, IoT, or sensor-driven AI use cases (e.g., predictive maintenance, anomaly detection, failure forecasting) preferred.
* Familiarity with time-series modeling, anomaly detection, or predictive maintenance techniques preferred.
* Experience with MLOps, model monitoring, and drift detection preferred.
* Relevant AWS, AI, or ML certifications preferred.
* Master’s degree in a quantitative or technical discipline preferred.
