Job Description We're hiring a Java Full Stack Developer for a long-term, onsite contract in the Glen Allen / Richmond, VA area. This is hands-on development work — building and maintaining enterprise web applications and helping move them onto AWS.
12+ years of verifiable hands-on experience in the U.S. (this is a hard requirement)
What you'll be doing:
* Designing and developing end-to-end web applications in Java, JEE, and JSF
* Building scalable microservices with Spring Boot
* Developing and maintaining REST APIs and integrations
* Migrating existing applications to the AWS stack
* Working with the Dev Ops team on CI/CD pipelines through Git Hub### What we're looking for
* 12+ years of verifiable hands-on experience in the U.S. (this is a hard requirement)
* Strong Java, J2EE (EJB, JSF), and Spring / Spring Boot
* Solid Oracle / SQL and Web Sphere Application Server
* AWS experience, including Lambda and Terraform, with real application-migration work
* Comfortable with Git Hub and CI/CDA few important notes:
* Open to U.S. Citizens and Green Card holders only
* Must be local to Richmond or able to be onsite from day one (minimum 2 days a week in the office)
* In-person interview required
