Job Description: The Dept of Social Services (DSS) is seeking a Salesforce Programmer Analyst to enhance and remediate defects in a recently developed application.

• Develop Apex classes and triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC) to extend Salesforce and support business requirements.
• Apply a configuration‑first approach.
• Write unit tests and collaborate with Dev Ops to debug and remediate issues.
• Contribute to technical documentation.
• Document user story acceptance criteria and design changes for defects and new user stories.

• 5+ years of experience with Jira.
• 6+ years of experience with Salesforce Service Cloud.
• 4+ years of experience with Copado.
• 6+ years of experience developing Salesforce solutions using Apex classes and Lightning Web Components (LWC).

Citizenship Requirement: US Citizenship or Green card holder.
