DSS is looking for a Salesforce Programmer Analyst to enhance and remediate defects in an application that was recently developed and released to production. The candidate should have experience with Copado.
Responsibilities- Develop Apex classes and triggers, and Lightning Web Components (LWC) to extend Salesforce and support business requirements.
- Follow a configuration‑first approach.
- Write unit tests and work with the Dev Ops team to debug and remediate issues.
- Contribute to technical documentation.
- Document user stories, acceptance criteria, and design changes for defects and new stories in Jira.
- Experience with Copado CI/CD.
- At least 5 years of experience using Jira for documenting user stories and acceptance criteria.
- At least 6 years of experience with Salesforce Service Cloud.
- At least 6 years of experience with Salesforce Apex classes and Lightning Web Components.
