10-4 Logistics is currently offering a CDL training program designed for graduates to start strong in the trucking industry. Trainees earn $850 per week during the mentor phase and progress to solo driving with earnings of $1,600–$1,800+ per week on Eastern regional routes.
Participants receive paid orientation, town hall-style dispatch support, and company-paid tolls and fuel programs. Benefits from day one include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and 401(k).
