Shift and Pay
- Shift: Sunday - Thursday 5:30pm until work is complete, rotating Fridays
- Pay: $19.00 per hour
Warehouse associates are the foundation to our company’s success. They work actively, safely, and independently to maintain the efficient flow of products through our distribution process, while ensuring quality standards. As a Warehouse Worker, you will support the shipping and/or receiving functions within our warehouse.
Position PurposeWarehouse associates maintain the efficient flow of products and ensure all quality standards are met. They function as a team member within the department and organization and perform any duty assigned to best serve the company.
Responsibilities- Perform general warehouse duties: forklift put-away, let-downs, will-call selection, returns, sanitation, break down pallets, wrapping pallets, order selection, loading, and receiving.
- Perform general housekeeping duties and maintain a clean and safe warehouse area, loading dock and trailers.
- Conduct daily safety check of the assigned forklift/pallet jack in accordance with company policy.
- Perform damage control checks on items received and contact supervisor about removing items per company policy.
- Replace batteries requiring recharging, complete vehicle inspection checklist, and follow safety policies and procedures per company guidelines.
- Review work schedule and daily production paperwork and prepare for operations.
- Wear all required Personal Protective Equipment and Safety Gear.
- Meet required productivity and accuracy standards per location and company guidelines.
- Secure all equipment and complete all necessary paperwork.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
- Ability to work scheduled/assigned shifts, including required overtime.
- Ability to stand, walk, reach, and lift repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Ability to lift, stack, and/or pull product weighing 10–35 lbs. regularly and up to approximately 60–100 lbs. (location dependent).
- Ability to work in multi-temperature environments (dry, cooler, freezer).
- Ability to pass a post-offer drug test and criminal background check.
- Ability to become EPJ certified within the new-hire training period.
