Keefe Group is a division of TKC Holdings, Inc. that is the industry leader in the commissary market. We run an essential business serving our communities and our customers. We are looking to add operations team members to our warehouse and distribution environment. Our positions are essential business in a non‑retail and non‑public environment, and all employees receive personal protective equipment.

Monday – Friday

7:00 am – 3:30 pm

This is a full‑time position that offers benefits from day one. Employees will perform a range of warehouse tasks including receiving product, preparing customer orders, and shipping products. Cross‑training is encouraged, and employees may specialize in a specific area of distribution. The facility supports multiple business lines and offers the following opportunities.

• Unload, receive, and put away product as part of the inbound operations team
• Select product for individual customer orders as part of the commissary (KCN) team
• Build, stage, and load pallet orders on modern forklifts and material handling equipment in support of the bulk team
• Load third‑party and internal delivery trucks
• Manage inventory in a dynamic environment, including counting product and correcting inventory discrepancies
• Leverage technology and learn WMS systems to deliver orders using mobile scan guns, modern material‑handling equipment, computers, tablets, and more
• Maintain a clean workspace and overall work area
• Perform other duties as determined by the needs of the business

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Ability to work well with others in a dynamic, changing work environment
• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs
• Potential to become forklift and material handling equipment certified
• Familiarity with computers (including Microsoft Office programs) preferred
