Job Description

CMC, an Associa company, is hiring a Part‑Time Administrative Assistant to support its HOA community in Glen Burnie, MD.

Work schedule:

MWF, 9am – 5pm.

Daily Responsibilities
  • Meet and greet homeowners, residents, members of the Board of Directors, maintenance vendors, and contractors.
  • Research and respond to inquiries in‑person, by phone, and by email.
  • Activate and issue pool passes, parking passes, and key FOBS.
  • Receive, sort, log, and distribute mail and packages.
  • Data entry and update information in the database; record and track documents and information.
  • Manage all correspondence to homeowners, including HOA violation notices, updates on community news and events, updates on maintenance projects, reminders of HOA rules and regulations, and scheduling of monthly board meetings.
  • Assist with maintenance requests and work orders; schedule and coordinate maintenance vendors and contractors for work to be done onsite.
  • Other duties as requested.

Pay rate: $20‑$22 per hour.

Requirements
  • 2+ years of administrative and clerical support experience in community association, apartment management, leasing, vacation rental, hotel, or hospitality.
  • Customer‑service driven and team oriented with a consultative approach when assisting others.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills and conflict‑resolution techniques.
  • Effective project‑management skills; ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects in various stages of completion and communicate with all parties involved.
  • Well versed in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
