** About the Role
** React Dx is hiring a
** Patient Conversion Specialist
** for our Home Sleep Testing team. This role is ideal for someone with
** inside sales experience
** and strong customer service skills. You will speak with patients referred for home sleep testing and help guide them through scheduling and completing their test.
** What You’ll Do
*** Make outbound calls to patients referred for home sleep testing
* Explain the testing process, equipment, and insurance in simple terms
* Answer questions, overcome objections, and build patient trust
* Close patients on moving forward with the home sleep test
* Collect any required upfront payments
* Document all calls and updates in CRM software
* Work with internal teams to ensure a smooth patient experience
** What We’re Looking For
*** High school diploma or equivalent
* ** Inside sales or call center sales experience required
*** Strong customer service background
* Comfortable talking with patients and educating them
* Ability to work independently and meet daily/weekly goals
* Clear communicator with strong follow up skills
