We are seeking an experienced Superintendent to lead field operations for commercial construction projects throughout the Maryland region. The Superintendent will be responsible for managing all onsite construction activities, coordinating subcontractors, maintaining project schedules, enforcing safety standards, and ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This position is ideal for a hands on construction leader with 5 to 10 years of Superintendent experience who enjoys working closely with project teams, clients, and field personnel to deliver successful projects.

• Manage daily onsite construction operations from mobilization through project completion
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors to ensure project milestones are achieved
• Maintain and update project schedules in coordination with project management teams
• Conduct daily site walks to ensure quality, safety, and production standards are met
• Lead subcontractor meetings and coordinate project activities among all trades
• Review drawings, specifications, and project documents to ensure work is performed according to plan
• Monitor project progress and proactively address issues impacting schedule or budget
• Maintain accurate daily reports, site documentation, and project records
• Coordinate inspections and maintain compliance with local building requirements
• Manage project punch lists and closeout activities
• Promote a positive jobsite culture focused on safety, accountability, and teamwork

• 5 to 10 years of experience as a Superintendent on commercial construction projects
• Experience with renovations, tenant improvements, occupied spaces, and ground up construction
• Strong understanding of commercial construction means and methods
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
• Experience managing subcontractors and coordinating multiple trades
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations and construction safety practices
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem solving skills
• Proficiency with Procore, Microsoft Office Suite, and construction management software preferred
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
