World Gym in Glen Burnie is seeking a Front Desk Attendant to serve as the lead customer service contact for all members and guests. You will be responsible for greeting and checking in members, selling products and services, and resolving member complaints.
The ideal candidate is highly motivated and energetic with excellent communication skills. Experience in customer service is required, and health club or hospitality experience is preferred. Certifications in CPR and First Aid must be completed within 60 days of hire.
