Croydon Pet Hospital is a busy, compassionate animal hospital currently located in Glen Burnie, MD, dedicated to providing high-quality medical care for pets while strengthening the bond between pets and their families. We are excited to be relocating to our brand-new hospital,
in Pasadena, MD in October 2026 and are looking to grow our team. We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and professional Client Service Representative (CSR) to join our front desk team. The CSR is the first point of contact for clients and plays a vital role in creating a positive experience for every visitor.

• Provide outstanding customer service by greeting clients, checking them in and out, and addressing questions or concerns
• Answer phone calls and respond to emails in a timely, professional manner
• Schedule appointments, manage the practice calendar, and handle appointment confirmations
• Maintain and update client and patient records with accuracy and confidentiality
• Process payments and invoices, and manage end-of-day reconciliations
• Communicate with veterinary team members to relay client messages, and assist in patient flow through the practice
• Help educate clients about preventive care, treatment plans, and post-visit instructions
• Ensure the reception area is clean, welcoming, and well-organized at all times

• Minimum 3 years experience in customer service
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for providing excellent customer care
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Basic computer skills and proficiency in office software (experience with veterinary software is a plus)
• Veterinary experience is preferred but not required; a willingness to learn about animal care is a must
• Ability to remain calm and courteous under pressure, especially during busy times
