- Ensure Quality: Perform rigorous QA/QC checks on models, assist with consultant coordination, and provide deadline-specific model management.
- Experience: Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Architecture with 5–7 years of AEC industry experience, including at least 5 years managing complex, project‑specific BIM workflows (Office, Mixed‑use, and Residential).
- Technical Mastery: Expert knowledge of Autodesk Revit Architecture, AutoCAD, and related BIM software. Proven ability in workflow set up and management utilizing Autodesk Construction Cloud.
Experience with automating tasks utilizing custom programming (Revit API, Dynamo, Python, or C#) and familiarity with AI‑driven, generative design. - Leadership: An articulate communicator with strong interpersonal and presentation skills, capable of conveying complex concepts to all levels of design staff and leadership.
- Drive: An analytical problem solver with a strong work ethic, punctuality, and a passion for research and development.
- Bonus
Skills:
