Our senior partner will be transitioning towards retirement, and we are highly motivated to find a compassionate and skilled associate who is interested in eventual partnership.

• MD or DO with completion of an accredited ophthalmology residency
• Board-certified or board-eligible
• Strong clinical and surgical skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• A team player with a growth mindset who is interested in the rewards and challenges of owning a medical practice.

Our practice is located in a vibrant, family-friendly community with excellent schools, cultural amenities, and easy access to major metropolitan areas. Close to Baltimore, Annapolis, Columbia, and about 1 hour to Washington DC.
